When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders received before 3pm are despatched same day, orders received after 3pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday.
Tracked 48 service has a delivery aim of 2-3 days, Tracked 24 has a delivery aim of 1-2 days.
Returns & Refunds
To return an item please contact us with your order number and reason for return, we will then provide further instruction via email. We strongly recommend you to fully insure the items you are returning via a reputable carrier (such as Royal Mail) who can provide you with proof of delivery. Shaving Station will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Unless items are supplied incorrectly or faulty original postage costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Returned goods must be in fully resaleable condition, unused and in their original packaging, goods found to have been tampered with will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on razor blades or used items.
All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used within 10 days of the item being received by us, provided that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
Does Price Fixing Exist?
Yes, it does, and it is prevalent in the wet shaving business. We had a number of suppliers refused to supply us owing to our pricing policies. We wanted to provide our customers value for money, they wanted to rip you off.

Do I need an account to shop on your website?
Not at all! Guest checkout is available for those who do not wish to create an account.
Do I need an account to use PayPal?
No, you don't! You can pay for an order via PayPal using your credit/debit card,
you do not require a PayPal account to do this.
