Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday ship the same working day, orders received after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery **.
Please ensure you select the relevant shipping service to suit your requirements, standard 1st and 2nd Class services are not tracked so if tracking is required please select Tracked 24 or 48 at checkout. If you choose a standard shipping we cannot assist you with tracking updates.

All UK orders over the value of £50.00 will be upgraded to a Recorded service free of charge offering extra peace of mind and protection for our customers.
EU DELIVERY (Eligible Countries)
EU deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For with costs clearly displayed at checkout (delivery 3-5 working days).
We are unable to ship items containing alcohol (Aftershaves/Aftershave Balm etc.) to EU destinations.
If your country is not shown on the drop-down menu we do not offer shipping to your destination.
UNITED STATES & CANADA*
Deliveries to the USA are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for service which are charged by weight & costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery within 5-7 working days
Deliveries to Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for service which are charged by weight & costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery within 5-7 working days
* All import duties and applicable taxes in the relevant destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
To return an item please contact us with your order number and reason for return, we will then provide further instruction via email. We strongly recommend you to fully insure the items you are returning via a reputable carrier (such as Royal Mail) who can provide you with proof of delivery. Shaving Station will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Unless items are supplied incorrectly or faulty original postage costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are to be covered by the cutomer.
Returned goods must be in fully re-saleabel condition, unused and in their original packaging, goods found to have been tampered with will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on razor blades or used items.
All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used within 10 days of the item being received by us, provided that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
