DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders received before 3pm will ship the same working day Monday to Friday, orders received after 3pm Friday will ship the following Monday.
Pricing schedule as per below, all our items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services with tracking information provided on shipment.

To return an item please contact us with your order number and reason for return, we will then provide further instruction via email. We strongly recommend you to fully insure the items you are returning via a reputable carrier (such as Royal Mail) who can provide you with proof of delivery. Shaving Station will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Unless items are supplied incorrectly or faulty original postage costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Returned goods must be in fully re-saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging, goods found to have been tampered with will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on razor blades or used items.
All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used within 10 days of the item being received by us, provided that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
