Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will ship the same working day, (orders received after 2pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday).

Please ensure you select the relevant shipping service to suit your requirements, standard 2nd Class is NOT tracked so if tracking is required please select Tracked 24 or 48 at checkout. If you choose a standard shipping we cannot assist you with tracking updates.

Pricing schedule as per below, standard UK 2nd Class shipping is free on orders over £25.00.

RETURNS

To return an item please contact us with your order number and reason for return, we will then provide further instruction via email. We strongly recommend you to fully insure the items you are returning via a reputable carrier (such as Royal Mail) who can provide you with proof of delivery. Shaving Station will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Unless items are supplied incorrectly or faulty original postage costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are to be covered by the cutomer.

Returned goods must be in fully re-saleabel condition, unused and in their original packaging, goods found to have been tampered with will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on razor blades or used items.

All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used within 10 days of the item being received by us, provided that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
