Flagship Pomade
In 2014, Cody and his family moved from Canada to Houston, Texas, following his marriage to Erin. At the time, the family relied on a banking job for income, which proved insufficient. During wedding preparations, the discovery of homebrew pomades revealed a passion for high-quality grooming products, far superior to store-bought options filled with chemicals. Fascinated by the potential of these products, the family began experimenting with ingredients in their kitchen, learning how they worked and interacted.
Through trial and error, they developed Insubmersible, a leading pomade of its time, followed by the best-selling Black Ship. These innovative products helped define the emerging “Unorthodox Waterbased Pomades” market. Success in this niche led to a transition from the banking industry to a full-time focus on pomade production, with a dedicated team that earned awards like “Top 10 Best Pomades” and “Most Ambitious Brewer.”
Flagship Pomade became known for creating clean, purposeful grooming products designed to withstand even Houston’s hot and humid climate. This commitment to quality has earned the brand global recognition for durability and performance.
In 2023, Flagship underwent a major transformation when its operations were acquired by Flagship Pomade Company LLC, based in Colorado. With enhanced development resources and manufacturing expertise, the brand continues to innovate and expand its offerings.
From the start, Flagship has focused on crafting products that prioritize quality while supporting a family-run business. Customers who choose Flagship support a small business committed to their satisfaction. The company is proud to be part of its customers’ grooming routines, delivering exceptional results every day. Flagship Pomade welcomes customers to embark on their journey toward perfect hair.
